Accessibility Standard
Our practice is built on a foundation of profound respect for the inherent dignity and sovereignty of every visitor. We operate from the deep conviction that each individual possesses a unique cosmic heritage that demands equal attention and care, regardless of physical form, cognitive processing, or native language. This core principle transcends the consultation room and defines our digital presence. We are dedicated to ensuring that the spiritual insights and cosmological precision offered here are available to all who seek them, reflecting our commitment to universal human connection.
Our Commitment to Access
We strive to make this digital space inclusive for everyone, including individuals managing visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive challenges, as well as those separated by geographic or economic divides. True accessibility is an ethical imperative here; a practice focused on soul mission cannot allow technical barriers to hinder genuine human encounters. We actively work to dismantle these obstacles to ensure our work remains consistent with our values. To support use by as many people as possible, we follow established design principles. This site maintains a structured visual hierarchy and high contrast for those with low vision, supports full keyboard navigation, and provides descriptive text for all imagery. Our goal is to ensure compatibility with modern screen-reading technologies to facilitate an immersive experience for every user. While our baseline target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance, we view this as a starting point. We invite you to share your experiences if you encounter any difficulties navigating this site. Your input is vital in helping us bridge the gap between our intentions and your actual experience, allowing us to continuously refine our digital accessibility.
Adaptive Features for Consultations
Every consultation is facilitated through online platforms that support vital accessibility tools like screen magnification, live captioning, and dedicated keyboard controls. Should your specific situation require unique technical support or modified digital arrangements, please let us know during the booking process so we can prepare accordingly. Dialogues are available in both Arabic and English. This includes the entirety of the astrological analysis and the spiritual developmental discussion. We encourage native Arabic speakers to engage in the language most natural to them. If you prefer another language, please reach out in advance to discuss the possibility of integrating a professional interpreter or finding alternative methods to facilitate our session together. We are committed to making these insights reachable across linguistic boundaries.
Financial Inclusivity
The rigorous preparation and deep spiritual study required for these consultations are reflected in our professional fees. However, we recognize that financial constraints should not be an absolute barrier to receiving spiritual guidance. We believe the mission of the soul should not be restricted by monetary status. To address this, we reserve a limited number of slots each month at significantly reduced rates for those experiencing financial hardship. These arrangements are handled with total privacy and do not require burdensome documentation. If you feel this applies to you, please email hello@hadimousawi.com prior to scheduling. We will handle your inquiry with the highest degree of sensitivity and honor.
Neurodivergent & Cognitive Support
The material covered in our sessions is conceptually rich and utilizes complex spiritual frameworks. We warmly welcome neurodivergent clients and those who process information in varied ways. If you would benefit from a more deliberate pace, frequent breaks for integration, or post-session written summaries of our findings, simply mention this when you book. We are more than happy to adjust the session architecture to match your cognitive style. The essence of this work does not require a specific way of thinking; it only requires your authentic presence and curiosity.
