Financial Terms
Engagement is confirmed only upon the successful processing of full payment through our secure portal. By completing a booking, you indicate your formal acceptance of these terms. Fees are determined at the time of transaction as displayed on the site.  Sessions will not be initiated without prior settled payment. You may request a date change at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Requests for rescheduling made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to the practitioner’s availability and discretion. ​ Cancellations formalised 48 hours in advance will result in a credit valid for one year. Within the 48-hour window, payments are non-refundable. Failure to attend a session without notice results in forfeiture of the fee. ​ Should the practitioner require a schedule change, you will be offered the next available alternative or a full refund if no satisfactory time can be established.
Client Responsibilities
